Installing Your Floors

Your Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that your floor installation is completed accurately and on time. He or she will order and inspect the selected products, schedule the installers, and be there at the beginning, middle, and end of the installation. Your new floor is only as good as our installers, and ours are the best in the market with years of experience. Each flooring installer is interviewed, reference checked, and field tested prior to earning their position with vallahia.

Your installation date and time will be confirmed prior to our arrival. We request that you be home when your flooring is installed so that any questions raised by you, your Project Coordinator, or our installers can be addressed on site. We understand that flooring installation can be somewhat disruptive, so we will take all possible steps to ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible. We know you’ll want to start enjoying your new floors without delay!
